According to the Boris site, if I log in the same as here,my licenses should appear. All acount info is there, but no licenses. Anyone know anything about it yet?
Migration of old license keys could take many weeks to complete. Email addresses also have to match up for the process to actually work. Whatever email address you used to buy an older version of Vegas, must be the same email address you use to create a new Boris FX account. If you don't see anything after a few weeks, you could then contact Boris FX support for help, however, you need to give them time to make the transition of a massive amount of data. I remember when Magix bought Vegas Pro, it took a while for all the databases to get transferred and working correctly.
@yoo-changyun The trial version is supposed to be fully functional but with a 15 day period after which if not purchased it reverts to "demo" mode. Maybe you haven't got out of Demo mode. Are you registered with Boris FX Hub?
Lastly suggest you post on the Boris FX Forum Vegas section for any further help.
I have registered on the Boris FX Hub and am using the demo mode. For some reason, I am still unable to post on the Boris FX forum. I am currently using the trial version, but I cannot test it because videos are not importing. How about others? Do videos import even in the trial version?
