Hey everyone,
I’m running into a really annoying issue in Vegas Pro 23 when working with proxy files.

Whenever I try to mask a video while the project is set to use proxies, the masking simply doesn’t work, the entire video becomes invisible as soon as I start masking. The only way to make the mask behave normally is to switch the preview quality back to Good or Best, which forces Vegas to use the original media instead of proxies.
 

Is there any fix or setting that allows masking to work correctly with proxy files?
Or is this a known limitation/bug in Vegas Pro 23?

Any help or workaround would be appreciated!
