So I guess that isolates any sort of iGPU or GPU issues from being the problem source... Some Intel systems don't crash, some AMD systems don't crash, Some Nvidia systems don't crash, some Radeon systems don't crash.

I guess the Style Transfer I did is more of a torture test than a benchmark... or maybe an abstract art generator.

I think there are problems with Style Transfer. If you send detailed crash reports, maybe they'll get fixed someday. I haven't had any crashes on Colorize and Upscale so you can just disable Style Transfer and gauge without it for now... I just updated it so future downloaders will get it with Style Transfer already unchecked in track fx.

Here's my complete rundown:

What are the GPUs in all these systems?

Off topic: The tagging system in these forums is so annoyingly broken... the auto-search never finds the names you are trying to type, even if you type it exactly, and it won't tag unless you select a name from the search list.

@fr0sty, yes, the tagging in the system, in spite of typing in the names correctly, don't show up.

As for Style Transfer, it looks like there is work that is needed for stability with systems that it should be stable on.

I think the media generator and render are the only parts using the gpu. The ai-fx are all cpu except on the 11900k. Here you go:

11900k: 6900xt, 1660ti, uhd750

9900k: Radeon VII, uhd630

xeon: 5700xt, 1660

nuc: VegaM, hd630

xps15: 1050ti, uhd630

All the systems except the 11900k show no igpu utilization. Here's a snapshot of utiliz on the 11900k

... and wouldn't you know it didn't crash this time? But not when I tried it again...

... and the water cooler's definitely working

So all your intelAMD GPU systems crashed, but your intel/Nvidias did not... Then Rey's all AMD rig didn't crash, and my AMD/Nvidia crashed.... I think it's safe to say it has nothing to do with CPU/GPU config.

That's the good news. Now the bad news. The Style Transfer part of my test project crashes on every one of my systems except for the xeon and the laptop, igpus disabled in bios or not. "I have no response to that." But I did all the crash screen info.

That ol' slow Xeon.......ahahaha.....
