Hello,

I recently made a video on Song Vegas Pro 13 & everything seemed normal regarding volume etc. I rendered the video under the WIndows Media Video V11 wmv 1080-30p & it downloaded fine to my computer & had volume when I opened/played it. Then when I went to transfer the video to my Samsung S24 Ultra there is no volume. Other existing videos I made prior & transferred it to my older Samsung worked fine but this is the first time uploading videos to this new phone. Any ideas? Thanks
