Oh, why not. I am working on a plug-in, and just made this silly video to test it.

The plug-in is what made the images at the beginning and at the end to swing so rapidly.

@fr0sty

"Here's another video we shot, this one isn't recap style, but a multicam full-song edit. One of the best looking light rigs I've ever personally filmed, especially once they start up the lasers."

This one held up well on youtube considering that smoke and flashing lights are both big bit rate wasters.

Here's what I saw...

fr0sty wrote on 3/6/2018, 5:48 PM

I was surprised, myself. Youtube normally isn't kind to the light rigs.

My another running video, to celebrate my first attempt of running the Half-Marathon 21K (13.1 Miles) distance. So excited and glad that I able to do it!

(The same, for posting on my Instagram)

👆See Instagram post for the explanation and the story of this running.

Can't do anything with the over-shaking video, because it was recorded from Instagram Live, so no image-stabilization-process added. Even the Vegas-Stabilize FX crashed on processing. And even if successful, the result is still not acceptable. too difficult.

The last Images Transition-In and photo arrangement was helped done using NewBlueFX Titler Pro 6. A titling plug-in application but can be used for this.

Just trying something I have never done before, namely breaking up a vector graphic into smaller pieces and drawing them in a random order. I exported each frame a PNG bitmap, then assembled them in VP 15.

Hi Bob-h

All zooms/pans were done in Vegas using the pan/crop feature.

The cameras were all recording in 4k, so I did the pans using that base resolution on the cameras.

The hard bit was to avoid overdoing the zooms, but it turned out ok :)

Nice work, frOsty :)

I participate in the 48 Hour Film Project. From no idea what we may be required to do, to finished short movie within 48 Hours. This one used 3 Panasonic GH4 and one DJI Phantom 4 Drone:

Wow, that's some fine imagery! Those credits indicate how many folks it takes to make such a production...

Sorry if there is already a thread for this, I tried a search that came up empty. This could make a cool sticky thread, where we post projects we've worked on, and can answer questions about how we did what we did in Vegas. Constructive criticism is also welcome.

Here's a recap we made for a music festival we film near Cancun every year for the band Widespread Panic:
