Render freeze at 99%

my renders stand at 99%, I've tried everything and I can not solve it. Render MP4 (AVC/AAC) file for progressive internet downloads using NVidia's NVENC. I Used an GTX 970, I5 7500 and 16 gb ram. Windows 10. Sorry for my bad english. The project have more 30 gb

And my first step should be to change the very high bitrates for those dimensions of the video.
Try 20.000.000 max and 15.000.000 average bps.

I solved the problem, it was a repeated clip that comes in twice in the project, one at the beginning and another at the end, it's a lower third. I deleted the clips but it did not work, then I made two copies of the same clip and rename it with different names but it is not resolved. I deleted the track and put the clips and it worked normally. I also reinstalled the video driver, but as it was the most current I believe it was not. I thank your support, without you I would not have been able to.
