I have been using the program for a year now. Due to some bugs I have reinstalled the program but now the serial number is un acceptable and I get a message " the trial period has expired" ? Is there a C.S. phone number I can call?

Before giving the serial delete in the register HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Sony Creative Software\Vegas Pro\13.0\License if you use the Sony version (till build 955)
Maybe save first the existing register.

955 is a Movie Studio build. 453 was the last Sony build of Vegas Pro 13. But I agree with the advice, which is adapted from this comment.
