vegas benchmark - is there such?

Hello. Is there any separate program 'vegas benchmark' for testing hardware performance, so that I can choose a CPU \ GPU to work with vegas software ?

---------

If this software doesn't exist, why doesn't it exist?
In my opinion, it would be logical if it were.

@selevo - Nope, there ain’t.

 @selevo - Money. However I have several 3rd party Plugs that do so that do do the testing to establish if their plugs WILL operate efficiently enough.

In my opinion, it would be logical if it were.

@selevo - Yes, Mr Spock 🖖 . However, money and accountants rarely take that into ... err... account?

Having said that, there is the RED CAR Project that we submitted our PC to. You might want to dig it out from here.

However this new cadre of personnel at The Kingdom of MAGIX, are now truly very open to ideas and suggestions.

Also see my 4K Benchmark Roundup thread where I publish the Sample Project plus original Sony Red Car and 4k test results I've run on my own systems. And my more recent HEVC Benchmark for 2020 which injects Z-Cam HEVC camera footage into Red Car 4K.

Thank you, this is all half-solution. They don't suit me.
In general, there is a blender benchmark and it suits me a little better than the absence of a vegas benchmark.
