Vegas Pro 15 Edit Glitching Out Please Help

Having an issue with my editing. I recently got a new PC (everything worked fine on my old one) and tried to edit a video. I do lets plays and when i put the screen capture and face cam into Vegas it gets super slow and the video gets glitchy as seen in the screen shot below. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

My issue is that using everything I used to use I am only getting this weird error in preview on the new PC. After messing around I found that preview in best quarter. This had the least amount of glitchy footage. after rendering the video came out fine.

I use OBS. I record using MP4
