Probably from this website (not the forum, but the VCS website it resides in). Keep an eye on it tomorrow.

The new page of VP17 is not yet updated, we always see that of VP16, they are slow at the team of Vegas Pro to update the page to see VP17. Do you know when we can download the software trial?

German time is still around 19:00, so it's about 15 hours ahead of time ...

@Former user

Does that mean you're in AUS or NZ? And you're a night owl :)

Vegas Pro 15 and 16 versions taught me not to create many expectations. And for that reason I'm still using version 14 Build 270, which in my opinion is still the best version of Vegas after version 13.

Maybe version 17 will change my point of view. But honestly, I don't expect much.

Bear in mind, the Vegas dev team is USA based, so I'd expect it to be posted to their site sometime during the day here in the US tomorrow.

I'm finding Vegas 16's latest build to be mostly stable. 14 was a nightmare for me, it can't even read my camera's footage natively.

I plan on downloading v17 as soon as I see it is available. You can always do the 30 day trial.

VP 21 BCC 2024 Boris FX Continuum Complete, Titler Pro v7. Various NewBlue effects.

V14 is a distant memory for me. But I seem to remember that was a turbulent release and Magix had just taken over and lots of things to square away. I remember coming to this forum and expected to read positive comments about Magix taking over and releasing V14, but it seemed like a lot of grumbling. I think the last build of any version is pretty solid. For me, V16 has been running well and no complaints. I'm very excited about V17 and can't wait to see what this Vegas Post thing is all about.

On the Magix site, the clock is showing 11 minutes to go! And it's almost 1 pm where I am.

I am in the USA, eastern time. The offer has ended, the countdown says 00:00:00, but the website still offers V16 with the free upgrade to V17 and not V17. I was hoping to be able to download VP17 once the clock hit 0.. Perhaps later on today or Monday sometime. I am in the USA, eastern time.

It's only 9:24pm here, it probably won't go up until at least around 8am tomorrow, but no telling, they could stay up late and flip the switch at midnight.
