Vegas Pro 22.0 doesn't start on W11

I don't know how many times I have reinstalled the program and there is no way for it to start. It worked well since I bought the annual license in September 2024 and a few days ago it has not started again.

I have a Windows 11 Pc, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.20 GHz, RAM 16 Gb, Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060.

Please help!!

I just had that happen too and reinstalling Visual C++ fixed it (multiple versions of VEGAS stopped opening).

Before trouble shooting I took a system image as a fallback.
By now I had reinstalled VP22 twice and it was still not working. So uninstalled again, went to Documents' Magix Downlods' and deleted folder.contents.
Downloaded and ran MS Visual C++ file, Rebooted. I presumed new files would overwrite old ones.
Rebooted and checked VP19 & Davinci Resolve were OK.
Reinstalled VP22, Rebooted. and tested. VP22 now OK

Note: I am on W10 but same sequence should be OK wih W11.

Thanks Howard. Can I take it that it's vc_redist.x64.exe and not vc_redist.x66.exe? or is there a vc_redist.x66.exe
