Sadly there's only 3 folders in there - "Render Templates", "SfTrans1", "VEGAS Video Plug-In Pack".

Nothing, you have I think a problem with a driver for a GPU on your hardware. But your hardware we don't know also as the program where you see that error. Without knowing that we cannot help you. Sorry

   Open these files with notebook and have a look at the lines of text it will tell you what Vegas is doing and if it was successful or failed. It is related to your GPU I think.

Also have a look at JREY thread that is also related to issues with nvopencl64.dll - no solution yet The driver you should be using is 456.71

I have three versions of nvopencl64.dll in the file suppository folder with these version numbers:

1) 27.21.14.5671 (I think driver 456.71 added this to the repository)

2) 27.21.14.5655

3) 27.21.14.5638

These work fine with my 1080Ti card.

Post here the version number which is at fault.

Often it is for a not experienced OP very confusing.

I have worked with JRey and solved the issue which may be similar to yours, have a look at the steps taken to deal with the issues. let me know if i can help.
