Video created in Ffmpeg is not added to Vegas

Hello, everyone.
I am using Ffmpeg to output audio as a spectrogram in .mp4 format. I enter the following command in the console:

ffmpeg -i Name.mp3 -filter_complex "[0:a]showspectrum=mode=combined:color=intensity:slide=1:s=1280x720" -c:v h264_nvenc -r 60 -c:a copy Output.mp4

After that, a video appears that can be played in VLC. However, when I import this video into Vegas, a distorted audio track appears on the timeline. The problem persists even if Ffmpeg creates a video with the full length of the audio (in this case, the audio lasts 7 hours).
The settings include legacy AVC HEVC decodings.
Vegas version 21.0, build 108.

@capslk VEGAS Pro doesn't support video files that contain MP3 or FLAC audio streams. Convert them into AAC audio streams instead.

In your command, you just need to remove "-c:a copy", which will make ffmpeg use the default AAC audio stream for MP4. For me here, such files can be successfully imported into both VP21B208 and VP22B250.

By the way, what prevents you from upgrading to the newer builds? VP21B108 is merely the initial build of VP21. People might have reasons to stick with VP21B208 or VP21B315, but not VP21B108. The adjustment event feature in VP21B108 is not usable for me.

@zzzzzz9125 Yes, everything is working now, thank you!

Well, I can upgrade to a newer version in principle, although VP21B108 suits me fine. Can you tell me which version and build are the most stable at the moment?

Build 315 was the last build of VP21. Go to your Magix account https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/ and under My Products you can download it from there.

You can also find it here https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/update-vegas-pro-21-build-315-patch-for-314--145714/

Given you are using an old build are you using a legitimate version of Vegas?

@capslk If you find VP21B108 suitable for you, you can try using VP21B208. Magix made significant changes to the video engine in VP21B300, fixing some issues but introducing others, which led to polarized user reviews of the final build, VP21B315.

You can also try both builds and choose the one you think is better. Note that the project files of VP21B300+ are not compatible with VP21B208. Back up them in advance.

VP22 has fixed a large number of issues brought about by this change, so I'm using VP22B250.

I used vp21 b108 for quite a while because subsequent builds until the last of the vp22 builds had a serious problem opening hd422 clips from a Canon xf305 camera that had been working fine with Vegas for about a dozen years. vp21 b208 rendered quicker so I preferred it on projects that did not include hd422 footage. Both of those builds worked better with my dual gpu setups, typically an Amd doing timeline/fx with an Intel Arc decoding. When I 1st got a 4090, it was disappointing to find it took twice as long as an older Amd 6900xt to render my 4k hevc multicam projects. Vp23 changed that. It's the 1st Vegas that works better for me with Nvidia 4090. So much so that I pulled my Amd and Intel gpus and also picked up a 5080 for a 2nd workstation. And a 5080 Nuc for the road. But if the pendulum swings the other way again, so will I.
