Vp17.452 and VEGAS POST/Effects with AMD driver

Has anyone running Vp17.452 on a system with an AMD graphic card and got Effects activated?

On my i7-8700k with AMD RX570 and the latest AMD driver (win10-radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-edition-20.4.2-may25(WHQL).exe) there is no reaction when I try to start VegasEffects and when I try to activate it, from Vp17 there is only a long dalay until an error message pops up
