Oh, they are really just old men -- the ones who could afford makeovers.

(J/K before anyone gets offended . . .)

Some how I don't think I fit into the catagory of 'all looking alike'. but will 'soon', hahaha

I look like hell . . . .

Sorry - couldn't resist!

If 60 is supposed to be the "new 40", than how come I feel like I'm 80?

Here's me a few decades back...
the grass skirt was the required uniform back then for the Catholic pre-school I attended on Maui ... (grin)

CLOSE UP ALERT...! CLOSE UP ALERT...! CLOSE UP ALERT...!

and now after trying to keep up with the technical discussions on the SCS Vegas Pro-Video forum... pulling my hair out... and yep, there's a bunch of gray in there as well... (wink)

Until that time... Earl J.

The only difference now from this pic is that I don't smoke anymore.

OK, so we have two people that didn't take the excercise seriously.

Leslie, you must save a fortune on colonoscopies!

Well, just to comply with the request, here is a snap of me behind the camera!

XFX, to use the facebook link I think you have to provide the public link. That's what I did, anyway. But maybe mine doesn't work either!

Yashmak’s are now compulsory for Sony Vegas users

Sorry, John. It wasn't that I didn't take it serioulsy. There were two personal issues involved (three actually):

1. I do not have any decent pictures available.

2. I am loath to have my picture taken.

3. I always was the class clown. Got me into more trouble than you could imagine. Therefore, it was nearly impossible for me to resist. I tried, but obviously I failed... again.

My apologies.

Let's see if I can get it for you....

Serena said: Well, just to comply with the request, here is a photo taken a couple of weeks ago at the end of our sailing season. Not great. If I can figure how to load the image without the rest of the garbage, I'll do that.

and posted a link to a Facebook page.

How did I do it? Whatever pic you use must be on the net. Go to the pic and right click (PC users) on it and select COPY IMAGE LOCATION. Go to the forums here and start (or reply) to a message.

To insert your pic: Type LEFT BRACKET "[", then type "img=", then paste (Control-V) the url of your photo, then type RIGHT BRACKET "]" (do not use any commas anywhere)

My very first paid gig (ca 1964). $15 was a fortune in those days . . .
Those Fender guitars and amps are now probably worth more than my home . . .

Jeremiah,
That's one sweet rig!
Not ignoring the youth, of course. :-)

Thanks brighterside. Now I just need someone to take a flattering photo. That one was snapped at our sailing club presentations and well captures the glamour consequences of sailing every day for a month!

For some reason, the coffee kept getting diluted...

What camera is that, Jeremiah?
Tom Pauncz wrote on 2/8/2010, 4:59 PM
It certainly is an S270 and I absolutely love it.
Stunning HDV footage from it.
