What will the AMD update include? AMD for FX and QSV for rending?

I'd would love to have the AMD either be used 100% (I normally don't get past about 20% GPU usage) or to be used in conjunction with QSV (FX for AMD/Render for QSV).

All I've read are possible VCE encoding and "other improvements".

Let's hope the blue skin issue gets fixed (if it hasn't already been by newer AMD drivers).
