I'm editing multicam 10 bit 4k VLOG MP4 video from the S1 in VEGAS, which records the same files types/codecs as the BGH1, just fine. Perhaps a GPU driver update may help? Check the GPU update utility in the VEGAS help menu.

I actually had a look at Excalibur. Personally, I found it still too tedious and unintuitive. Vegas could be just cool if they ditched that master track, create it as a virtual track and leave all your cam tracks intact and editable parallel to it.
