  @Alberto-Sorrentino I think there's an Intel uhd620 in there... if so, make sure drivers for it are installed and if you can run the Intel Graphics Command Center, try and do the screen capture with that.

  @formingus Show a screen capture of these Vegas and sound card settings. ConsiThander setting all unused inputs and outputs to Disable. This solved my problem, it was set to 44.100 8 bit after i change it 48.000 - 16 it not make sound anymore

  If the issue is only on the timeline preview, I doubt it is the low latency driver.That said, I would try another audio driver. Non-ASIO drivers like Sound Mapper and Classic Wave are usually trouble free... if.. it is an audio driver issue.Another

  Be sure to select your video sources in the Video Capture Window. Look for the words "video sources" I've had no problems using Video Capture (screen capture) with Windows 10.

  @Howard-Vigorita thanks for that tip. I think the most I do is 10-bit HEVC w/ my Mavic 2 Pro footage. Everything else is 8-bit. Where do you find the specs on what can be decoded / encoded w/ the hardware chosen? I keep getting the marketing fluff
