  Your GOPro file cannot give a problem and the one of OBS has no constant framerate. Vegas does not like variable bitrate but in this case the difference is so small that I think both filetypes cannot give your problem.So it has to be something

  I see you use the same videocard as on my laptop, where I saw the same with the newest drivers for the Nvidia. Installing driverversion 399.24 did resolve that anoying popup and that fault error. I hope that the next Vegas update will repair
