FWIW Magix support told me that the problems some have reported with GeForce cards are related to the 1083 series of updates to Windows 10. I can't find a way to roll back or block those updates so at the moment I can't render non-glitchy video

Thank you both for your replies! I should have mentioned that - yes, I did in fact render it with the GPU acceleration turned off. I also tried rendering the project with the Dynamic RAM Preview set to 250 MB, then 0 MB, then 1 MB. Neither worked.
