Go to this URL: https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/

Use the credentials that you originally used to register your copy of Vegas Pro. Go to My Products and you'll be able to manage your access to the software.

As with most Magix products, the activation serial and your email address are paired. You must use the email address you use to login to access your 'My Products' in the Magix Service Center. Your login for the Vegas and Magix.info forums can be different.

Same problem here. I need to generate an Activation Code, and need ComputerID -- for a new computer. I have entered several codes -- Hardware ID, Device ID, ipconfig /all Physical Address -- none of it works. Please advise.

Hi @Andy-Arrow, What version of Vegas do you have? It must be old if it uses the PCs ID. Try downloading your Vegas version from the "Magix Service Center> My Products" using your old Sony log-in, Then re-install and try to activate again using your activation serial. The online activation of the older Sony versions was different.

That said, you can still get an upgrade discount using your old serial code to purchase one of the current versions of Vegas or Magix Movie Studio.

Version 10.0. I have downloaded, installed, and want to activate. I need an Activation Code.

Did you have an activation code before? If not, maybe someone will sell an activation serial for VP-10 or another version, If so, make sure they give you access to change the registration info.
