can't change install location..
as i am using 21_208 due to AMD issues.
but i also want to install 21_315 for testing.
above are from my 365 subscription
i also want to install my permanent version 20_411
but can't
so what to do...
am i missing some common sense or is there something tricky in this.???

then how other user testing the bugs or reproduce the bugs and advising other that this version is good for this and this is not.

actually i need to keep check 315 on my pc too for testing my media & gpu.
but it gives problems so i need to install 208 for regular use too.

If you copy the Program folder of one build to a new folder with a new name, you can set up a shortcut to hit the specific Vegas exe. But you might have problems doing only that because both builds would be using the same temp folder and might have incompatible window layouts. The better approach is to set up separate Windows logins for each build which yields independent user file structures. But there might still be issues with Ai Fx if the builds need different DLMs. And possible registry conflicts since Vegas does not seem to be intended to operate that way. Fwiw, I have vp21 builds 108, 208, and 315 on one machine and have separate temp folders for each build as well as saved configs and window layouts for each. If things get screwy, I do a Vegas reset and restore from the saved config and layout for each build. As a last resort I use Revo to uninstall Vegas and clean the slate.
@iEmby you got that error message on VEGAS Pro 20 because your installer for VEGAS Pro 21 was still running. That's what the error message you posted says. So if you reboot your computer as was suggested, that installer will no longer be running and you will be able to install VEGAS Pro 20.
