thanks for trying to help, it still doesn't work... Also, may I add it doesn't show that it's not responsive it just won't let me do anything once I click on render as

vegas 14 Build 270 64 Bit

I was running latest Windows 11 but I also tried running Windows 8 Version with the same problem? ( don't remember why I tried it, I believe i read somewhere it might help)

Camera is Logitech Brio

Delivery Destination is my D: drive

The problem is once I click on Render at it just does nothing, I can't click on anything once it happens. I have to ctrl - alt - delete to close it. It doesn't even show up as unresponsive

Like it's not even a big file. it was a small file to see if my video will come out blurry becuase of it showing up in xsplit as being a bit blurry, it's like 30 seconds long video.
