I have both Vegas Pro 16 and Movie Studio 14.0... Short story, I like to upload game play videos to You Tube as a hobby. Recently I picked up Vegas Pro 16 and been having what I like to call "Audio D-Sync" with videos where the a scene is playing however at certain parts throughout the video the Audio does not match up with whats going on in the video. Typically I get a 1 - 3 second delay. From doing a little research I believe the correct term is called "Drift" where the audio drifts in and out... commonly seen in longer videos.
The issue is, I get "Drift" in Vegas Pro 16 but not in Movie Studio 14.0 and it boggles my mind. Especially Since I spent a butt load of money getting the "Pro Version"
Here is the Copy and paste from Pro 16 of the

Audio: 03:55:35.444, 48,000 Hz, Stereo, AAC

As you can see the Video and Audio dont match up. I've tried "Stretching" and "Compressing" to no avail.
