Vegas Pro 17 Problem after Problem... please help

Kimberly-Durecki wrote on 6/1/2020, 6:31 PM

I feel like I am going mad with the new vegas pro 17, problem after problem and it has put me behind in my work so far.

In vegas 16 pro I could drag a google earth video I made which is a mp.4 on to the timeline. I have been doing this for years. Now with 17 it wont allow it to import or drag it, it says "The file is a unsupported format" but it is a mp.4 just like all my other video files. I am regretting getting vegas pro 17. Please help. Thank you so much, I appreciate all the advice.

Have you already turned ON QuickTime support that is deprecated in VP17 and OFF by default? (You can find the switch on Options | Preferences | Deprecated)

BTW, it is in FAQ
