Video Effect point and Pan and crop point always set to hold

Hello,

Is it possible to set Hold (red point) instead of default Linear (white point) in every video effects (Video Effects FX window) and pan and crop window. I wouldn`t like to change Linear to Hold in every point I add. I want Hold type to be my default setting instead of Linear which is currently default.

Is it possible to override this setting to be Hold my new default setting?

@marcinzm I don't understand. If Hold was the default interpolation mode, you would still have to use the right-click menu to change it to what you want. To me, Linear seems to be the logical default mode to have.
To answer your question though, AFAIK, the default mode can't be changed. I stand corrected if anyone knows different.

@marcinzm I've noticed that changing the internal setting cxEventPanCropProperties from 500 to -1 causes new points to default to the setting of the previous point. So all you need do is edit the 1st point which still defaults to Linear. Don't know if changing this setting has any other repercussions.

Thank you all for your answers. I would like to use Hold in Color Curves mostly, but cxEventPanCropPropertie setting change impacts only to Pan and Crop. I am sad that I can not do this in other setting.

@marcinzm Here's a reasonable workaround. Create all your key-frames, ignoring the fact that they will all be Linear. Select the ones that you want to be manual by either lassoing or Ctrl+click. Right-click on one of the selected ones. Select Manual. All the selected ones will now be Manual.
