  I have the same issue. The problem details highlight the ignitecore bundle from the Vegas 16 Suite. C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\Plugins\IgniteCore.ofx.bundle I removed HitFilm Ignite Pro and it now finishes loading the plugins but still
