RE: Insert Track Motion Points at Exact Time Separation
Ok I have completed the script(s). Thank you for your assistance @jetdv :-) I decided not to bother with the settings dialog, as it was beating me and when I thought more about it, it made no sense as it would slow down the interaction, and after

RE: How to retain VHS smoothness in progressive video
Your source is NTSC DV Widescreen. Here are the settings I use. Going forward, a big factor in smooth motion is the use of a tripod and in-camera stabilization.

RE: Changing video speed ruins everything.
Now I want to speed it up. I'm very familar with ctrl+drag but the problem is the mask tracking does not inherit the increased speed, nor do the keyframes in the Track Motion. Is there a way I can get all of these to play together nicely? Thanks

RE: Feature Request (Extract and process frames from a motion JPEG image)
Well I'm surprised. I have never seen a motion jpeg video with the .jpg extension, only still image files. I have a friend with the same phone, so I'll ask her to teach me what it does. Maybe a developer will jump into the discussion and tell you if

Video Stabilization before Pan/Crop = crash/freeze and use huge RAM
In Vegas 20 and 21 versions I also experienced that - if Video Stabilization is set before Pan/Crop and - then switch to another filter before moving the marker on the timeline The program crashes as shown in the picture. Here I just hit Apply

RE: Velocity Envelope Problem - Vegas Pro
Are you familiar with using keyframes to move the clip around over a period of time? That is how your control the velocity of the movement. Also, track motion or the picture in picture effect might prove easier to use than pan/crop. PIP comes with

can you child a group of composited tracks to a master parent track?
Hi all so here's the situation:I grouped a bunch of tracks with each a specific composition, size, motion and background. The whole of the group makes the final composited frame / picture. Now, I need the whole picture to resize to a smaller frame.

RE: Is the motion tracking in VEGAS pro 18 just garbage?
Nah, its not that great. Touch and go sometimes.... However if one is serious about motion tracking in your edits, its best to simply invest in the Mocha Pro OFX Plugin, it integrates beautifully in Vegas.

RE: [Closed] Post Your VEGAS Creations!
Very cool, @iEmby! Do you use VEGAS for any spesific motion graphics tasks in your work or is it just for fun? I do motion graphics work in my music videos using VEGAS pro sir.. but this was just for a small presentation. I need to create a still

RE: Recommend NTSC VHS mp4 Project/Encode Settings?
@mark-y Thanks, though actually i always do have the de-interlace and resample mode set that way, and I still don't notice any benefit to rendering at 60p. Maybe I'm just dumb, but isn't having each frame doubled (with each doubled frame being

RE: 💡(Feature Request) Match Output Aspect without rescaling!
That's probably causing your problem. When I try to create a similar effect directly in Pan/crop tool with the aid of Tweener of Vegasaur I haven't an issue. I don't use vegasaur. I create my animations with sapphire by automatic motion blur. I

RE: ways to record track or pan/crop motion?
Imagine you have , say, a png of some graphic element. You'd open pan / crop, click record and move the png around. Everything you do, move it up down, left, right, in circles etc. would simply be recorded so that you wouldn't have to manually

RE: Motion Tracking - Effect not found?
@Blacksands If the motion tracking plugin is unable to load into VEGAS, it is often due to some conflict it is having with the hardware on your system, as this plug in very dependent on both the CPU and GPU. Please provide this information so we can

RE: Suggestions For Ways VEGAS Can Improve
Keyframe improvement : Bezier keyframe for Pan/Crop/Mask and Track motion ; Performance improvement : Smoother realtime (not cache/pre-render) playback for complex projects ; Decoder improvement: Wider format/codec support like PotPlayer.

RE: Help needed...New to Voukoder 13.4.1
I have a theory. I think it might be the way a digital zoom was done. Because when I align the br30 clip on the last pumpkin with the one in the camera clip, the perspective of the rest doesn't jive. I didn't try to match endpoints. Decent quality

Is the best metric in the HO process SSIM Yes. You don't have to run it for the whole video; a representative motion scene will do nicely.

RE: Fix tripod video that got moved very slightly up and down
As far as I know, the movements are 0-degrees straight up and 180-degrees straight down. So the motion tracking should be simple. How to transfer that data to move the zoom-pan-crop or motion tracking up and down might be a solution. Any more ideas?

RE: NewBlue Titler Pro 7: Anyone using this with Vegas?
@studio-4 Titler Pro 7 is fundamentally a brilliant plug-in (also works Standalone). I say 'fundamentally' because, although you can get amazing results, in many ways it's extremely frustrating to use. It didn't used to be, but there have been so

    RE: working with .mkv. files...
Yea, it's whoever captures these, I dunno. Seems to be different types of MKV's. The glitches seem weird, like they will be there through one playthrough/render but then randomly will be fine at same spot of video where it was glitching before. I
