According to the Boris site, if I log in the same as here,my licenses should appear. All acount info is there, but no licenses. Anyone know anything about it yet?
Other people are freely posting comments, but in my case, whenever I try to post on a new topic, I keep getting errors saying I don't have permission. Also, I don't know where to reply to existing posts.
I couldn't upload photos, so I only filled out my profile. It feels much slower than this forum right now. Do I need some kind of permission to post? Even people who just joined can leave replies, so why can't I?
I don't think it's a browser issue. I've had a Boris account for a while, but this is the first time I've been approved for the forum, so it seems like there is some kind of problem with the account.An error occurred: You are not permitted to view the requested resource. This message keeps appearing whenever I try to write a post.
When registering for the Vegas Boris account, where you write down your name, etc., there is a prompt that if you already have a Boris account (which I do have) click and it will autofill the information. Then you have to click the big blue Submit button under it.
Again, I already have a Boris account, and am now registered with the Vegas Boris forum. I use the same email address for Boris as for Magix.

Yes, I am using the same email and already have a Boris account, but whenever I try to write a reply, the following error message pops up. I currently have the Vega Ultimate, and although the site says I can use Story Block, I cannot, so I wanted to make an inquiry.
You might need click on the Terms of Service. I did that out of curiosity to see Boris' choice of law (it's CA, US) and got awarded a TOS badge. There was also an activation link sent to my email address. I have never had a Boris account before.
When you were going through the registration process, clicked on the link that asked if you already had a Boris account, then then register for Vegas and click the SUBMIT button?

I have never received such a message or email. I have never received a message asking if I already have a Boris account, nor have I seen a submit button on Vegas.
I too haven't received a message or email, and I registered "day 1". Do you have a Boris FX account?
If so log into that. Then access the user forums and you will see Vegas Pro. Click on it and you should get in. If not, there is still the option to Login at the top. Try it. They've appeared to have changed some things since "day 1".
