What a wonderful audio mix! The dynamic range and voicings in the softer sections are intriguing to my ears.
Unfortunately, it looks like Youtube has applied some limiting (aka their "loudness penalty") to the louder sections of your upload because the audio peaks exceed their upload specifications, which I believe still use a -14 LUFS and -2 dBTP reference.
To circumvent this, you may want to turn down your master gain in Vegas, and render to -15 LUFS or so, which Youtube should not normalize further, and watch the true peak levels. Here's how the downloaded Opus Audio version of your video upload looks:
I like to apply a little compression and to my live orchestra recordings when sharing them on Youtube and social media to avoid those penalties, but that's an individual choice.

Thanks for your feedback Mark. I'll bear that in mind going forward.
Hi, this is my latest video after being poorly for quite a long time. Uploaded to YT on Fri 17th May.
My videos are simple cuts with a 12fr crossfade, I prefer the look of that to a 'harsh' butt joint & my subs regularly comment saying they like the simple no frills format of my vids. they're educational not entertainment. no standing in front of the camera talking rubbish when what you want to see when you click on a woodworking video is woodworking not some muppet waffling about his cat & no fancy effects, transitions or pointless intro etc..
Everything was filmed in MP4 UHD HEVC with a Samsung S23 Ultra & GoPro11, playback & editing in the (314) was flawless,
There's a few overlaid text & pictures, playback can slow a little where these are added so just to check they're correct once I've got them in position I build Dynamic RAM so they play at full fps, then I render those regions to a new track & remove the orig &text/pics from the timeline, saving the project with a different name each time so I can easily go back if I cock it up., In the past NVENC render has thrown pictures & text to the wrong places in the project so this is just habit, I don't know if this still happens, I haven't noticed it.
I used @john_dennis Wave Hammer preset to reduce machine noise as shared in this post. Thankyou.
This is the timeline after all 'Render to a new track' has been done, simple with less chance of something going wrong in the final render 👍
I'm a bit out of practice setting up the camera to film so positioning could be better in parts & to be honest I wasn't even sure I was going to upload this to YT so didn't spend too much time thinking about that. There's zero talking on the woodworking part because I'm still a bit out of breath after being poorly but I had to let my subs know where I've been for the last 18mths so i did upload it with an explanation at the start.
PS, prob would've been better to remove the red unquantified ends of the events but they didn't show in the final render because each event has the 12fr crossfade I mentioned above,
Hola, les muestro un video musical que hice hace algun tiempo enteramente en Vegas pro, espero sea de su agrado y si tienen algun consejo o critica para mejorar son bienvenidos.
Filmed using Insta360 One X2, and thankfully with Tiny Planet OFX, I can post-reframe in VEGAS Pro, even though it is still important to put the media in their app Insta360 Studio first to prepare and stabilize the media.
(Personal conclusion and thought from this test started in 23:57, combined with VEGAS Content stock footages in 25:54)
I've been traveling Poland since I've been here (13 years). I'm an ex-pat (from NY) retired now in Poland. Yes, I have a wonderful Polish wife. Language? That's what the wife is for!! 😉 But English is taught in school here from when the kids a little. In the larger cities, there is no issues at all. Especially tourist locations.
So, here is a short video of our last trip to Gdansk. It's a drone video. Nothing fancy or special. Oh, you can see me towards the end bringing the drone back to me. It's a DJI Mini 3 Pro.
@Reyfox ... that is briliant - you could sell that to Storyblocks which they would surely snap up given the video they have on other European cities.
What amazes me is that drone video is allowed in European cities whereas it wouldn't be allowed in Australia in a populated area (to my understanding) without prior approval from aviation authorities - and drone operators have to be licenced to start off with.
@Dexcon There are rules reg drone flights, different countries in Europe have their own views reg rules but generally if you're not causing harm then no one is concerned. It looks like @Reyfox has done this early in the morning when there's very few people around & nobody who cares. Do this during the day when there's more people you might get away with it but there is a chance of being told off & if you do end up hurting someone then you would be in the 💩. The public don't know the rules & besides the annoying noise or any privacy issues no one really cares, not in a public space anyway.
I've travelled Europe many times & rules are not always taken as 'rules' , some countries are a lot easier going than others, If I was to fly a drone down the high street in Leeds at peak shopping time with the streets full of people I'd prob/poss get away with it unless there was a police officer stood nearby that could catch you in the act. & even then you'd just get a bollocking, told not to do it again & to go somewhere else.
There's a few consumer drones on the market, I bet everyone who isn't doing it for a living in some way hasn't registered their drone, they've bought it & flown it.

In the UK, drone rules are based on the risk of the flight, including the drone's size and weight, proximity to people, and where it's flown. Some general rules include:
Height: Drones should not fly higher than 400 ft (120 m) above the ground
Visibility: Drones should always be kept in sight
Crowds: Drones should not fly over crowds, also known as "assemblies" in the rules
Restricted areas: Drones should not fly in restricted airspace, such as near airports, unless permission is granted
Emergencies: Drones should not fly where emergency services, such as police, fire, or ambulance, are responding unless permission is granted
Buildings: Drones should not fly indoors or in areas where they can't escape into the open air, such as a closed netted structure

Introduction to drone flying and the UK rules
We would like to hear from you. ... The UK's drone rules are based on the risk of the flig...
Drones weighing less than 250 g can fly closer to people than 50 m and can even fly over them, but not over crowds. Drones weighing up to 2 kg can fly in congested areas, but no closer than 50 m to people. Drones weighing up to 25 kg can fly 150 m away from congested areas.
In London, drones should not be flown over built-up areas without permission from the Civil Aviation Authority. In Leeds, there are additional considerations when flying a drone, such as ground hazards, train lines, and HMP Leeds.
To ensure legal compliance, drones should be labeled with the operator ID, which should be visible from the outside of the aircraft or in an easily accessible compartment.

It seem's to be more focussed on crowds/assemblies, If I was to fly my drone over a crowd & I loose power or control for whatever reason I would be more concerned about loosing my drone forever in the crowd, perhaps this does deter people from flying in heavily populated areas or assemblies & so the rules rarely come into play. .
@Reyfox , I have been in Gdansk about 10 years ago. I forgot my wallet at the train ticket booth, got aware of it an hour later while on the train to Warsaw. Just 200-300 zloties, credit card and driving license...
@Reyfox Thanks for beautiful work. I love the architecture and the clock towers!
My nanny growing up was interred at Gdansk during the Holocaust as a girl and was very lucky to be liberated but lost her family. The horror stories she told were unlike anything I have heard since. She spoke often of the sirens, the stench, the trains, starvation in the camp. She was Czech.
@Dexcon thank you for the kind words. With the DJI Fly App, if you are not allowed to fly, like near an airport, there is nothing you can do but pack up and go home. I also have a drone map of Poland the shows where you can and cannot fly. Or there might be height restrictions like where I live. It's 60 meters. I am in the flight path of the local airport.
@Gid is right, I got up early and was flying at 4:15am. Just a few people. But again, the app will not let me fly if I am in a no fly zone. And yes, I am registered (have the card) and so is the drone. That is all part of flying it. I could take the commercial test, but I'm doing this for myself. In Poznan, I got up really early after scouting what I wanted to do. Set the drone up, waiting for GPS satellites, and nope, I couldn't fly. Also, most people consider it a novelty to even see a drone up in the air. As long as you aren't doing anything "stupid", no one here will bother you.
@mark-y, where I live, there really isn't too many places you can go where there isn't a plaque or something saying what happened at that location. Also, we are in walking distance of the only death camp that was located next to a town, Majdanek. It holds the distinction of having the largest single day death toll of any camp, 18,400. Sick. I would take visitors there. They aren't the same as to when they walked in. Jewish people from Israel come in buses, waving the Israeli flag. Once they go through the gas chambers, their countenance has changed. Also, outside of Gdansk at Westerplatte, is where WW2 started.
@charles-mcguyer love it! I was tapping my feet to it! Yeah, I've believed a few of those lies (or drinking that Kool-Aid) in my life. Glad that part is a very distance past.
Just a clarification about flying drones in Australia: there's heaps of rules limiting the use of drones in populated areas and near airports (not identical to but not all that dissimilar to the UK rules that Gid outlined earlier). Those flying for fun don't need a licence; however, it is those flying a drone for commercial purposes who need to have a Remote Pilot Licence and also have to follow additional safety rules.
Here's a new 30-minute documentary I created entirely in Vegas Pro 21. Called Let the Light Shine, it celebrates stained glass in war memorials from the Boer War to Afghanistan. It was filmed in Full HD on Canon XA-10 cameras, plus extra shots on a DJI Mavic Pro drone (4K) and a Samsung Galaxy S-10 5G smartphone, sometimes in a DJI Osmo Mobile gimbal.
As always, given my decades of experience with Vegas, I was able to do a variety of reasonably complex tricks very easily and fast. It was a very moving project to work on, especially for our tiny team. I was responsible for multi-camera shooting, audio, editing, graphics and final delivery.
A promo video for a murder mystery performance that one of my businesses is putting on soon... Real quick, low (no) budget... I didn't even use a pro mic on the camera, I ran the camera mic audio through AI to remove background noise and make it sound like it was recorded using a pro mic. I whipped up the event flyer and newspaper clipping in Photoshop, but the motion background and soundtrack came from VEGAS Content. The VHS effect was done using a combination of Sapphire TV Damage and VEGAS TV Simulator. Going for the "Miami Vice meets Scarface" type theme.
Shot last night with an s23 cell phone in hevc HD from around row 5. Edited with vp22, bumping up to 4k with AI Upscale, and slipping in a little AI Syle Transfer to add some visual electricity to one of the guitar solos.
@amendegw we have them wandering around where we live in Poland. Mostly at night. But have seen them during the day. I've found dens, but they've been empty. How far away from you was the den?
