regarding the mov file, its working now, i changed a lot of things in the settings and tried many things following the comments, and i even unisntall vegas and reinstall it like 3 times.
this settings is what i have for now in file io

Thanks for clarifying what you did. Other users reported changing file io settings to disable NVDEC also helped with lag. If you didn't reset VEGAS sometimes it's more helpful than a reinstall (remember to change that setting back if you do a reset).

Red indicates an issue with the GPU and VEGAS. Do the other Ai Fx work? You're sure everything is okay with the GPU? You can run a free benchmark like 3DMark and it completes without issue?

No idea on the titler- try NewBlue support? They seem responsive.

@Nizar-AbuZayyad  ... Given that problems are happening with native Vegas FX, BorisFX BCC and NBFX TP7, maybe there is something instrically wrong with the Vegas Pro install which an uninstall/re-install might not be fixing. I'm not sure if you've done it yet (this thread is quite long), but try resetting Vegas Pro back to its default (factory) settings - https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-can-i-reset-vegas-pro-to-default-settings--104646/ - to see if that fixes things.

@RogerS the perfecrt solution by @Dexcon after reseting vegas the delay and the problems on timeline completely disapreaed and its working fine now, but the funny thing is that the Z-Depth completely disapeared from the Video FX menu and i dont know what else has disapeared also.. the titler pro still making problems and not responding issues.

RogerS wrote on 8/29/2023, 10:18 AM

Yes, I recommended resetting VEGAS as it can help when all else fails. For Z-depth try reinstalling the deep learning module and it should return (find it in the Ai tab).

For Titler Pro I'd try NewBlue support.

sorry for the too many questions that i ask but issues keep coming up every while and then.. how to get rid of this msg on vegas stream? my vegas is already activiated.. shall i also uninstall and reinstall?

VEGASDerek wrote on 8/29/2023, 1:54 PM

VEGAS Stream is no longer part of the VEGAS offerings.

Nizar-AbuZayyad wrote on 8/29/2023, 1:55 PM

@Nizar-AbuZayyad, you can contact NewBlue support for any questions on the NewBlue products too.

Nizar-AbuZayyad wrote on 8/31/2023, 2:17 AM

Do we have to change anything in the studio driver settings for better performance in vegas? or is it automatic? just updated the driver and never played with the settings in this Geforce experience.

RogerS wrote on 8/31/2023, 2:28 AM

No there are no settings I change for VEGAS.

@Wolfgang S. I have just checked again, i have both studio driver 536 and game ready 537 to be updated.
I dont have any issues in the mean time with vegas, i wonder if i do need to use the game ready or stick with the studio driver, i dont know if its gona make any serious difference in performance or not.. or just update both and vegas will decide which to use?

RogerS wrote on 8/31/2023, 4:00 AM

If this is a desktop then just stay on the current studio driver. If it's a laptop there's an important preview fix with the new game ready driver. The drivers are functionally similar so there shouldn't be performance differences in VEGAS. The games ones just come out more frequently and may be less well tested. They may also lack 10-bit pipeline support (assuming a true 10 bit monitor); not sure VEGAS makes any use of this though.

That is up to you. But if the driver is recommended and checked by the development team, then this is an important point. But as said: it is up to you.

Do you have a video event highlighted on the timeline? The CGP will only become active when the video event is highlighted on the TL. An exception is if the CGP has been selected at the track level.

I think you have to select something like an event, media or track and then hit the button or the shortcut.

Thanks guy.. yes should chose specific event and have it highlighted in order to have it activated.. i usually use other plug ins for color grading, wasnt familiar with the built in from vegas.

Anyone else experiencing issues with downloading content from Vegas Hub? Please check out the attached video. The program isn't allowing downloads. I have to close and reopen the application just to download a single video, and then it stops working again.
