  With GoPro footage, making Proxy Files is always the first recommendation. The discussion of expensive graphics hardware is probably secondary to your issue, and I'm sorry I brought it up, because such discussions tend to go on endlessly here.

  @Vincent-Brice I have a very similar computer spec'ed like yours. Difference in OS (I am using Win10) and graphics card (mine had 8GB RAM). I have the same graphics driver, 22.5.1. I downloaded your file and it plays back fine with preview settings

  $130 for NeatVideo but it works well and is reasonably fast. Its just more than 3 months income from you Youtube channel, so I think I need to consider other mitigations for low light.I use a Gopro 10 and did not prepare well enough for the video
