OK, here is the workflow that causes me the most trouble: Get a GoPro Hero 11. Set as follows RES | FPS -- 5.3K 30 10-Bit -- On Bit Rate -- High Shoot clips of varying lengths. For me, usually in the range of 10 seconds to (rarely) 2 minutes each.
