Hi, before a few days I buyed a Vegas Pro 14 on Steam. Yesterday, I am trying to render video for youtube, but there isn't my favourite template "Internet 720p". I reinstall program 2x, but isn't woks. Please help!!!
Hi s-v. Thanks for youre answer, but it renders my videos on some.. strange format like .m2ts or .. .avc? I am mainly compatible with .mp4, but classic .mp4 templates isn't there. But thanks 4 your time.

No it is not , both render to an mp4, that's a wrapper and in it is a videofile with the AVC codec and an audiofile with the AAC codec. But probably you know it better, so do your thing but ask not for help.

You are mistaken. Here is Vegas Pro 14, build 270, same as yours. The Internet 720p template is clearly visible, and is customizable as always. Good luck!
I just "upgraded" from Vegas 12 to Vegas 18. I discovered that the MainConcept AVC/AAC category of render presets is not there any more, probably some licensing reason but I wish older customers could be grandfathered in since I paid plenty for both editions. In Vegas 12 I have several finely-tuned customized presets under MainConcept AVC/AAC for my drone cameras and for plain SD video, I guess I'll have to fine-tune something similar in Vegas 18.
It wasn't a question, just confirming that useful render templates in old versions of the software are missing in more recent versions.
@athomasl The interface changed with the switch from Sony to Magix and with improvements along the way. You can open both versions of Vegas side by side and create new render templates. Try the Magix AVC ones which might perform better and support modern GPU acceleration. You'll see Mainconcept as an option within for CPU renders (i.e. Magix AVC/AAC MP4 then Internet HD 1080p (CPU) and then look at the Encode mode.
