360 GoPro Fusion; Anyone Tried Editing Raw Footage in Vegas 16?

Just curious if anyone has tried editing footage, straight from the camera, in Vegas Pro 16?

If so, how did it work out? What was your work flow?

@j-v Thanks. Was that footage from a GoPro Fusion (360)? If so, did you have to run it thru the GoPro Fusion Studio prior to working with it in Vegas?

I don't know what that is.
I use the GOPro 5 black, mostly with 2.7K and framerate 50p, so also that one in my screengrab. Files grabbed from the inside memory card.

Sorry, I did not read the title of your OP so well, I thought while some have problems with "normal" GoPro files, I show here how I use those "normal" files.

@j-v Got. Thanks sharing what you did. The camera that I am asking about is this on:

From everything that I read about the Fusion it adds a lot of steps to the workflow. Some programs (Premier) can work with the footage natively in the program (with a plug-in). I might try downloading some sample footage/files and see what happens. I am considering buying the camera, but do not want to do so if it adds days to my workflow.
