Is it VST2? If it's VST3, it won't show up cuz VST3 is not supported yet.

Is it in a folder that you have in the "Location" list in Preferences > VST Effects?

Is its checkbox selected in the list of VSTs that you want to be available?

Hi Nick- In the "location" list, it's in the Common Files\VST3 folder.

But it is not showing up in the list of VST's to be available. But all of the other VST3 programs do show up- including Ozone 10 and AVOX

It's possible you installed both VST2 and VST3 versions of those other plugins. It's very common for a plugin to offer both (and AAX too) during installation.

Did you try rescanning the folder? Use the "Refresh" button.

VST3 is fully supported in VP20, at least in current release builds.

@Dennis-Plant Which build of VP20 are you using?

Just done some tests. Autotune VST3 does not show up in Win11 but does show up in WIN10

On Windows 11, I found it installed it in Programs\Steinberg\VTS3, so I added that folder from Vegas\ Preferences\ VST3 and after rescanning that VST3 folder they all loaded

Hi Everyone & thx for the input. My version of Vegas is 20 build 214. It's brand new.

Harry-worth. I don't have a Steinberg folder. In preferences I tried to rescan the c drive for any VST pluggins. Big mistake. It got stuck at 50% of the scan. it would move about 1% every two minutes. Finally got to 99% and stayed there. Then when I tried to restart Vegas it would get stuck at the same 50% when doing the normal scan for VST when I start the Vegas program. I had to restore windows to an earlier point to get Vegas to start. Now I'm afraid to have it scan for VST's. My older version of Vegas 12 was excellent and worked perfect with Autotune 7. Why do software developers have to improve things just to make things worse?

BTW, my other VST3 plugins (Ozone) work just fine. I don't know why Autotune is seemingly not compatible. Apparently Harry-worth got Autotune to load- I'm jealous! That means it will work! My Autotune is in the Common Files folder- same place as the Ozone files- it just refuses to load.
