Any idea why the Divx logo is showing up on renders

I'm using Vegas Pro 12.0. I've never seen the Divx Video logo before after rendering... any idea why? or how I get rid of it? I'm using Windows 10 Pro. My render format is Internet 1280x720-30p at 29.9fps Progressive YUV

 

Okay... well after playing it in Media Classic Player, the DIVX logo shows... but not in Windows Media Player or other players... so it's most likely a function of the frickin' player. so, nevermind. Thanks

Divx is a third-party encoder, probably its telling you it's unregistered.
