This is h264 video. You can do a simple container change to .mp4 using something like FFmpeg or VLC. Choose the copy option so your audio/video won't be transcoded.
The other day, my son recorded a gameplay using OBS default setting which is mkv. He had multiple audio tracks in there. Vegas was seeing only the first one (with the experimental mkv in File IO). I changed container to .mp4 using VLC and both audio tracks were recognized by Vegas.
