Blue-ray 3D Disk - Sony Movie Studio 11 / 13

I'd downloaded a trialed a version of Sony Movie Studio 13 for someone who has a Sony 3D camera, 3D blue ray player and 3D TV. There is an option in that software when creating a New Project entitled 'Blue-ray 3D Disk' - from which once I'd added some of his 3D videos from his camera I could successfully create a 3D disk so he could watch it on his TV. However, I'd purchased from Amazon version 11 of the software as it looked the same - but the 'Blue-ray 3D Disk' option isn't available in that version. I also can't purchased a licence for version 13 as they've all been replaced with newer versions. I've been downloading trial versions of the later products but can't seem to see a similar setting in the New Project screens. Do any of the updated products have that particular setting in them - or am I wasting my time. If not, would it be possible to buy a key for version 13.

Vegas Movie Studio (all versions) is discontinued. Most "trials" or offers to sell are illegitimate, especially on Amazon or eBay.

The option to create a "3D Bluray Disc" Project in my licensed version of Sony Movie Studio 13 only pertains to DVD Architect Studio, which is also discontinued.

Not entirely correct. The option I saw is in the main program. I’m also curious if the same option is in the later / replacement versions.

Yes, my Movie Studio Platinum has the same Project option. I don't know if you can burn a 3D BluRay project direct from the timeline; that is a very limited "soccermom" option in all other respects, so it wouldn't suit you even if this wasn't already a moot point.

There are no versions of Movie Studio Platinum still being sold by Magix.
