Can Movie Studio 16 export to this format required by hosting site?

I have Movie Studio 16. I want to export videos to meet the specs required by an online course provider, Thinkfic.

I get a bit lost in the advance export settings. I am guessing that, for 1080p, the Magix AAC/ AVC mp4 preset is what I need, as it has AAC audio (or so I presume from the name). Am unsure though if it meets the video requirements for a "h.2643 " codec. Can anyone please advise?

From this site

https://support.thinkific.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030374494-Recommended-Specs-for-Exporting-Videos

for 1080p, it suggests    1920 x 1080 and recommended bitrate of  5,625 kbps

Further, from the site, it says

"Video
Wistia recommends the following export settings for video:

Codec: h.264 (required)
File Type: mp4 (recommended)
Resolution: between 640px and 3840px wide. 1080p (or 1920px by 1080px) is commonly used for videos on the web. The resolution available to your students will depend on the dimensions and bitrate of the video you upload.
Bitrate: 5,000–8,000 kbps (recommended)
Framerate: constant, 15–60 frames per second
Aspect ratio: We accept videos of any aspect ratio, though 16:9 works best for courses and landing pages

Audio
Codec: AAC (Advanced Audio Codec)
Sample rate: 44.1kHz
Channels: 2-channel Stereo (not surround)"

Grateful for any advice.

The Magix 1080p Internet template should work just fine for you.

Yes, if you download and install the DivX VFW codec. But why bother? It is not better.
