Can't activate Vegas Movie 16

Hadn't used Vegas Movie for 3 months. When I tried to open, I was sent to a new download. After download, I could't activated. What's my next step? I am registered and have a serial number.

Did you manage to install the new build and then couldn't activate, or all you unable to install at all?
