Can't capture 30fps or 60fps, settings only go to 29.97fps or 59.94fps

We used to capture video from a handheld video camcorder set at 1080i60. It goes through our BlackMagic DeckLink Studio 4K into Vegas Pro 13. That works perfectly fine. We're using Win 10 64bit w/AU.

But we recently upgraded to a PTZOptics 20x 3G-SDI Gen 2 (PT20X-SDI-WH-G2). This camera only seems to support whole number frame rates, like 1080p60, 1080i60, 1080p30, 720p60, 720p30, etc. And these frame rates are 60 and 30, not 59.94 or 29.97. Vegas Pro 13 only has options to capture video at 29.97fps or 59.94fps.

The new camera works perfectly fine into DeckLink using their software to capture and view 1080p30fps, etc. If I set the Black Magic capture software to 1080p29.97fps it doesn't work. It has to be set to 30fps. I've tried vMix and that works perfectly fine too, either capturing through HDMI, SDI, or network streaming because it has options I can set to 30fps, etc.

Anyway, does anyone know how I can go about using Vegas Pro to capture 30fps?

Type in the desired frame rate manually -- 30.000 for instance.

Where would I type in 30.000? I've tried in the Project properties, and that's all fine and dandy and seems to accept it. But when I select File->Capture Video->Prefs->Device, there's no 30fps options in Capture Format->Video.
