I made a fresh install of Windows 10 on a virgin SSD. I installed VP13 and VP17 and Quicktime 7.6.9. After setting "Deprecated" options in VP17, the video file loads perfectly. However it will not load on VP13 timeline. The details of the file is below. I have used this file for years in VP13, but now it won't load.
Let me emphasize again, the file loads into VP17 and I can play it with MPC-HC video viewer which indicates to me, the codec is installed. Nevertheless, VP13 won't recognize the file.
