So, VP17 is crashing EVERY TIME I close it now. Tech support at Magix says that it is the Depricated features, QT plugin being checked that is the culprit, and to uncheck it. Doesn't that mean I can't use MOV files then? One earlier "fix" was to rrename the QTplugin.dll file, and that made MOV files unreadable, till I named it back.

I still use a lot of MOV files, and have to rendwer to MOV for certain clients. Is there some way to do this without the QT plugin?
