Cannot open my freshly purchased and installed copy of MSP 15

I am running WIndows 10 Pro on an i7 PC. I get an error on start up saying that "New Blue Titler can't open due to lack of GPU capabilities." I have had MSP 12 work fine on this same system for over a year. I had purchased MSP 14 and had issues initially but eventually it just began to work fine. I uninstalled both older versions to make way for MSP 15 but then ran into this error. I tried to update my graphics card drivers but it did not help. I don't know what graphics card I have exactly, but I'm sure it's not too fancy. I'm wondering if I just need a new graphics card or is there something else I'm missing. Any help would be appreciated.

I have no idea as MSP 15 won't even open for me.

What happens when you click on the OK button to acknowledge that NB Titler won't work? VMS should then open but obviously Titler won't work. But everything else should.

You then need to find a way to get Titler to work but that's another problem which you appear to have had with MS14.

Lastly the various MS versions can happily co-exist so best not to remove older versions until new ones are working okay. Presumably your NB Titler came with an earlier version which you've now removed. Maybe that's the problem? Try reinstalling your NB.

It should, but it doesn't open, just crashes, I have tried to reinstall NB and it still isn't opening.
