Cannot register VP20. Registration refused.

Error message said that I have too many simultaneously running programs on the same computer. I do not. I have only one which was reinstalled after a complete reinstall of Windows on my editing computer. How can I get my programs registered so I can use them? Thanks.

It may be that Vegas Pro wasn't de-activated before the Windows re-installation occurred. If you go to My Products on your MAGIX My Account, you can de-activate any activations under the Vegas Pro 20 listing under My Products.
