Wear a different shirt, either white or on the opposite side of the chroma spectrum.

Hint: Flesh is an opposite hue of a studio green screen.

The only way to prevent is not to use the background color for the foreground objects, not even for a small part of the foreground object. That's a total no-go and rule #1 for keying.

The only other way to do what you need is either a $1000+ tool like Mocha from Boris or...

Mask every frame yourself.

The latter will probably make you want to kill yourself well before you're done with the video.

Use a green/blue screen with the recommendations given above and do a youtube search on green screen tips.
