Color changes after render

Hi so I dont know why this happens but im editing a video and this is what it looks on vegas:-

This is what it looks like after I render it into a .mp4 video:-

Its clearly more green. So I tried rendering it into .wmv and this is what it looks like:-

Clearly more blue. I took the pictures with my phone but the colors are much more different on the actual screen. Im using vegas 12.0 (64-bit) on a windows 10 laptop with 8gb ram and a i7 2.4 ghz processor. So any ideas why this happens?

You need to apply a Studio RGB fx filter to the preview (output) buss for the mp4, and nothing else.

Wmv, an rgb codec, does not use this correction, which is for yuv output.

That said, since you didn't provide your source codec, a slight color shift may or may not occur.

Its the sony levels fx right? Computer RGB to Studio RGB? I noticed it made the video in preview slightly darker and made colors more dull

Yes, and your observation about the preview is correct. It wont render that way.
