In Preferences, temporarily disable GPU Acceleration of Video Processing as a test.

If the problem goes away, update your video drivers to the latest.

"Which" didn't work? Turning off acceleration or updating the drivers?

Neither turning off or on acceleration worked. My drivers are already updated to the latest.
