does vegas pro 19 have the same render qualities like Topaz Video enhance ai?

i am trying to render a 720hd video too 1080hd in Topaz Video enhance ai with using the ai model of Artemis Strong Dehalo.

does vegas pro 19 let you do those type of video editing and rendering and if it does, please tell me how or explain it to me.

if vegas pro 19 does what Topaz video enhance ai does, then i wont need to buy Topaz Video Enhance ai, and if it does not, then i may buy Topaz Video Enhance ai.

I never comparing between them, but if upscaling 720p to 1080p - there's an Upscale OFX you can apply.

To answer your question: No. There is no NLE that can restore footage as well as Topaz VEAI - it is specialized for this specific purpose.

If price is an issue, maybe wait for a "sale" or look for a discount code. I think "RUMOR15" might still get you 15% off.
